Reporting
We provide Property Performance Reports and fully computerized and detailed monthly statements accounting for all income and disbursements to keep you in the loop on your investment.
Maintenance
We ensure all required maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Prior to any excessive expenses regarding the property, we obtain bids and notify the owner. We also conduct an interior survey of the property at least once a year with a copy going to the owner.
Marketing
Effective Marketing & Leasing services keep your properties filled and performing at their peak potential. Our web page provides 24 hour marketing of your vacant property.
Financials
We fully account for all deposits which are maintained in a client's trust account along with all collected rent. This account is subject to periodic auditing.
Filling Vacancies
We help match potential tenants to properties to ensure it is a great fit and screen all applicants before moving forward. We also disburse all tenant deposit refunds and supply required documentation as needed.
Tenant Care
We supply rental applications and all other documents necessary to meet Landlord/Tenant Laws and handle all tenant problems. We also provide 24-hour emergency service to our tenants for peace of mind.
